Option 1: Economical shipping (slower) for non-urgent orders.
Option 2: Express shipping via UPS / DHL / FedEx (faster but higher cost).

Bulk Orders: T/T (30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment)

Bulk Orders: We usually keep standard models in stock. For large QTY, please check with our sales team，usually 2~4 weeks.

Sure! We support a range of customization options to meet different project requirements. The most common modification is FPC customization, which usually involves minimal changes and low tooling cost.

We also support CTP (capacitive touch panel) customization, cover glass integration, and EMR bonding, with extensive experience in reliable module integration.

For larger projects, we can customize display panels with tailored sizes and resolutions. Please note that any customization involving changes to the glass size requires expensive tooling and a relatively high MOQ.

Sorry, we cannot provide free samples.
However, the sample fee will be fully refunded once we receive your first bulk order.

Yes. We provide detailed datasheets, development guidance, and code files. Our engineers are available to provide technical support whenever needed.

Yes. We can recommend suitable controllers for our display modules. If needed, customers can also purchase demo boards or request customized driver boards based on their project requirements.

The standard warranty period is 1 year.

All products undergo strict testing before shipment. If any quality issues occur during the warranty period, we will provide free replacement or refund.
